Drive enquiries across rental and permanent modular building solutions.
Work closely with the marketing and bid teams to develop and deliver proposals, promote the business and develop marketing strategies to generate interest in the education sector.
Take ownership of sales cycles from initial enquiry to closed deals.
Analyse market trends, provide feedback on opportunities, and help shape growth strategy.
Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team reporting and forecasting.EXPERIENCE REQUIREDStrong communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to think commercially and identify opportunities.
Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven.
Comfortable working independently within a supportive team structure.Previous knowledge of DfE (Department for Education) procurement or modular construction is highly beneficial but not essential - for candidates that can demonstrate sales acumen; the right mindset, drive and communication skills to succeed (together you're your ex-military transferable skills, such as stakeholder engagement, procurement/contract management, project delivery, briefing & influencing at a senior level for example) full sales training and peer support can be provided, including shadowing and buddying within an open-plan, collaborative team.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis is a predominantly office-based role in Yorkshire, with 1-day remote flexibility.
Occasional client/site visits (expenses covered) as needed.
