Salary / Rate of pay: From £14.00 per hour (DOE)Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in the Gloucester area, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Reception Manager to join their team on an immediate basis for an ongoing assignment that could potentially lead to permanent employment.What’s in it for you when doing temporary work?

- Responsible for the front desk and team while on shift
- Report any issues or incidents to the Front Office Manager
- Duty manager shifts as and when required
- Checking room allocations, upgrades, special requests, meeting & greeting VIP’s, corporate and regular guests
- Liaising with all departments on a day-to-day basis
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is essential, and with excellent people skills as well as a friendly manner. Also able to work under pressure but remain calm and confident.
- Preferably 12 months of experience as a Reception Manager or Front Office Manager
- Must have Opera PMS or similar as limited training
- Immediately available with no prior commitments, such as notice or holidays, as we need someone who can commit for a min. of 4 weeks
- Have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
