Our client is looking to hire a motivated Property Solicitor to join their growing team in Harrogate. This permanent role offers the chance to handle diverse property matters acting for local clients in the region.The Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
  • Supporting the Property Partner on commercial property transactions including business leases and acquisitions.
  • Working closely with senior residential property lawyer and dealing with probate sales
  • Supporting on agricultural property matters when required
  • Managing client relationships by maintaining effective communication and providing regular updates.
  • Supporting on business development
