KS1 Teaching Assistant – Mainstream & SEN Inclusion Unit – SouthamptonAre you an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in an infant school setting? Do you have a passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming infant school in Southampton who are seeking a committed Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, working across both the mainstream KS1 classrooms and within the school’s dedicated SEN Inclusion Unit.The role at a glance:Location: Southampton (Infant School)Year Group: Key Stage 1 (Reception – Year 2)Start date: ASAPContract: Full-time, long-termSetting: Mix of mainstream class support and SEN inclusion unit workAbout the school:This inclusive and community-focused infant school prides itself on offering tailored support for all learners, with a strong emphasis on nurturing the whole child. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
