ACR are working with one of the Uks largest House Builders who are looking to recruit two temporary Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their Special Project team based in Brentwood.The ideal candidate will have:
Managed commercials on projects between £100k and £10m
Experience recovering of monies from supply chain, consultants and insurers
Building Safety Unit / Cladding Remediation experience
5 years' experience minimum working in a Senior capacity
