A leading, multi-disciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established Nottingham office.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen to work in a flexible, supportive environment, delivering a variety of exciting projects across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare – typically up to £30m in value.The Senior Quantity Surveyor RoleThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, family feel company with 5 offices nationwide. Working within a close-knit team closely alongside the Director, benefiting from a hybrid working model with 2 -3 days a week in the office.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in leading projects, providing mentorship to junior staff, and playing a key role in the strategic direction of the consultancy.The firm have continued to go from strength to strength, constantly securing new work and taking on new staff. This could be the perfect opportunity for a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor, perhaps eager for support with MRICS, progression to Associate Director, the chance to help this growth continue – all within a fantastic working environment with flexibility and dynamic, friendly staff.The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • RICS Accredited Degree Qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Strong track record of leading projects from inception to completion
  • Management experience / desire to get involved in management
