Sales Engineer

- Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
- Create and manage sales quotes for customers and internal sales teams
- Liaise with suppliers for up-to-date costings and maintain quote accuracy
- Generate order acknowledgements and track quote conversions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure specifications are clear
- Maintain accurate build documentation and parts lists
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries on technical specifications
- Contribute to continuous improvement and departmental efficiency
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer within a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Ability to interpret and translate sales orders into factory-ready formats
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quoting/documentation systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
