
Inside Sales Engineer (15m Fixed term contract)

- Analyse and respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and project specifications, preparing accurate and timely quotations for engineering products and spare parts
- Handle urgent quote requests efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet customer deadlines
- Address technical queries from internal and external customers, providing expert advice on our product range
- Collaborate with contracts and service teams to ensure comprehensive customer support
- Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, maintaining excellent communication with clients
- Prepare detailed and high-quality quotations, focusing on accuracy and completeness
- Work towards achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and knowledgeable service
- Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years' experience in quotation preparation, sales support, inside sales, or customer support within an engineering context
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering products, preferably in valve, actuator, instruments, or control systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Experience with GEM portal tenders would be advantageous
