LondonOur client, specialising in residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, is currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team.Key Requirements:
- Likely to have 5+ years of experience working on medium to large-scale UK projects.
- Strong technical expertise and practical industry experience in a BIM environment.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Work across RIBA Stages, with a key focus on technical support at Stages 4 & 5.
- Use Revit to produce technical and construction details.
- Develop and refine Revit models.
- Produce comprehensive technical drawings and detailed documentation for construction projects.
- Assist the architectural team with Revit and BIM-based project tasks and coordination.
- Opportunity to take ownership and lead projects.
- Strong technical skills with experience in highly serviced, complex projects.
- Solid understanding of planning and building control requirements.
- Ability to work across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with required software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
