An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Architectural Technologist to join the central London office. The role will involve running projects across existing and new developments in the Industrial, Interiors and Healthcare sectors.The incoming Associate Architectural Technologist will lead a small team of Architectural Technologists providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their goals for both the company and their individual career ambitions.Associate Architectural Technologist Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various projects, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues and other consultants to align workload and project milestones.
- Produce feasibility and construction stage drawings primarily in Revit, with occasional use of AutoCAD.
- Integrate into small project-based teams within the office and remotely across regional offices.
- Conduct site visits and participate in Design Team Meetings, site reviews and contractor/client engagements.
- Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- MCIAT Chartership will be highly desirable
- Demonstrable extensive experience within UK Architecture industry
- Significant experience in job running across multiple sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, with demonstrable use on construction projects
- Experience in the Industrial and/or Healthcare sectors is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate within a collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a personable demeanor for client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of construction and technical detailing to produce clear and coherent drawings
- Confidence to take on the role of being the “Go To” person on the technical elements of a project
