Job Category: Infrastructure DevelopmentJob Description:Role - 3rd Line Support EngineerLocation: LondonThis assignment has arisen to provide support to our infrastructure environments, and we require an individual to carry out the following activities:o Trouble-shooting environmental infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPO's, WSUS, AD, AppLocker etc)o Working with the Network , Engineering and SOC teams to trouble-shoot issues that affect End Userso Working direct with client leads to resolve escalated incidents.o Patching and Maintenance of test and live environments to include installing Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL & other product updateso Working with PKI Certificates and SIEM toolingo Providing support to Engineering & Test teamso AD Administration activities - accounts, groups, memberships, permissions etc.o Participating in rota for On-Call to ensure 24/7/365 support is providedThe chosen candidate will ideally be an experienced grade, with a track record of infrastructure support.Your experience
  • Infrastructure: VMWare vSphere; Windows Server; Windows AD, DNS, WSUS and RDS; McAfee; RHEL;
  • Applications (nice to have): SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, CASD
