- Incident management and service request fulfilment
- Support private cloud infrastructure VMware 7.X/8.X
- Provide Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 support
- Administer Exchange Online and Active Directory and Azure cloud portal
- Manage Access Control (Paxton), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Email Security (Mimecast & Ironscales)
- Handle Helpdesk Tickets (GoTo Resolve / Halo)
- Administer Windows Server and Mobile Device Management (GoTo Resolve MDM)
- Support installation and the maintenance of EDR/Anti-virus (Sophos)
- Troubleshoot network issues (TCP/IP, Cisco/Extreme network devices)
- Experience Collaborating with third-party contractors to deliver IT architecture, installation and escalating additional IT support.
- Experience delivering IT Engineering projects.
- Experience resolving IT incidents and fulfil IT requests through the service desk.
- Experience in 2nd Line IT Engineering and support.
- IT training, certification and (or) degree.
- Drivers license.
