Simon Acres Group are working with a well-established, independent manufacturer seeking an Office Admin Support to join their friendly team at a showroom in Northamptonshire area.Full-time | PermanentPaying up to £30,000 DOEMonday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PMSaturday | half dayKey Responsibilities:
  • Managing stock control, processing goods in/out, and ensuring accurate order management.
  • Liaising with clients and installers regarding deliveries, requirements, and site expectations.
  • Coordinating purchasing, receiving deliveries, and organising warehouse storage.
  • Assisting fitters with technical queries and arranging site deliveries.
  • Generating quotations for the customers.
  • Other admin duties.
Ideal Applicant:
  • KBB industry knowledge or previous experience designing kitchens.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experienced in stock control, order management, or logistics.
  • Confident in liaising with suppliers, clients, and installers.
  • Comfortable with manual handling of large kitchen items.
