- The Financial Administrator (Sales) reports to the Head of Finance and is responsible for accurately processing daily sales invoices and maintaining up-to-date financial and sales systems
- The role supports the sales-to-cash cycle, ensuring continuity and data integrity during peak periods or staff absences
- Generate and process contractual invoices, ensuring all completed work is billed accurately in line with signed agreements
- Maintain and update the project database to ensure timely and accurate recording of invoices, charges, and related financial data
- Follow established procedures to support the accurate flow of financial and sales information across teams
- Review and verify invoicing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies, internal controls, and client contract requirements
- Provide support for other financial administration tasks during peak periods or staff absences
- Experience in a sales ledger or financial administration role is preferred
- Familiarity with Sage 200 is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
