- Create compelling and conversion-focused marketing copy
- Segment and target audiences using CRM and automation tools
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimising as needed
- Manage and update event websites and associated digital assets
- Build and maintain media and association partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and commercial
- 3 to 5 years of B2B event or exhibition marketing experience
- Strong command of digital marketing, including email, paid social, SEO, and CRM
- Proven ability to drive attendance to large-scale events (5,000+ attendees)
- Excellent writing, planning, and project management skills
- An analytical approach to performance and reporting
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members (preferred)
- Creative thinking, strong attention to detail, and commercial awareness
