Their work compliments Analysys Mason's award-winning transaction-advisory offerings, positioning us as the global consulting partner of choice across the entire Transact-to-Transform lifecycle for our clients.Job DescriptionExtending our transformation and value creation (TVC) services across different sectors is a crucial part of our growth strategy, as we aim to provide clients with comprehensive access to our full range of expert capabilities. As a Manager, you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Mason's global growth.Under the guidance of our TVC Practice Lead, Oli Barnett, you will work alongside a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice, shaping and mentoring your career and the future of Analysys Mason.You will manage complex and strategic projects for clients, partnering with them throughout the entire lifecycle. Acting as a bridge between Analysys Mason and our clients, you will lead the delivery of value-led outcomes that meet our clients' high standards and expectations.Our projects are diverse, and your focus could include value creation, operating model design, operational excellence, revenue growth, and cost and margin optimisation.Our culture is highly collaborative and team-oriented, and our people enjoy a hybrid work model, balancing client proximity, the convenience of remote work, while enjoying team spirit through work in our offices.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and delivering major transformation and strategic change programmes across the TMT industries.
  • Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your TMT expertise.
  • Managing a diverse range of client engagement types across a range of sectors and geographies.
  • Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
  • Controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects.
  • Proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams.
  • Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.

  • consulting experience, managing and delivering transformation engagements for clients across various technology, telecoms, and media sectors
  • experience in target operating model design, operational excellence, enterprise value creation, or programme recovery and turnaround.
