Practice Operations Manager – City of London | £45,000 - £55,000 + Hybrid WorkingDo you enjoy optimising things to run more efficiently?This dynamic and growing City-based advisory and audit firm is looking for an experienced Practice Manager or Compliance & Systems professional to take ownership of operational excellence across the firm.You will work closely with Partners to enhance systems, streamline internal processes, manage compliance frameworks, and ensure a first-class experience for both clients and internal teams.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations across departments
  • Driving efficiency through smarter processes and systems (CCH & IRIS)
  • Managing compliance with GDPR, AML, CIOT/ACCA standards
  • Improving client onboarding, disengagement, and satisfaction processes
  • Supporting financial and resource planning
  • Leading on operational risk management and best practice rollouts
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in an operational, practice, or compliance management role within a professional services firm (audit/advisory/accountancy ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of practice systems such as CCH and IRIS
  • Excellent communicator and confident collaborator at senior level
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a passion for continuous improvement
