Construction Disputes Solicitor BCL Legal is delighted to be partnering with a leading national law firm in their search for a Construction Disputes Solicitor or Associate with 2-6 years' PQE to join their renowned team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with relevant experience to become part of a growing practice with a strong focus on the construction, housing, and public sector industries. The role is based in Bristol, with high flexibility for remote working. The Role As a Construction Disputes Solicitor/Associate, you will: · Advise on a wide range of contentious construction matters, including final account claims, defects, and PFI/project disputes. · Manage complex, high-value cases for clients such as local authorities, NHS Trusts, housing associations, and private sector entities. · Work on significant disputes, including PFI project disputes, compensation event claims, and defective construction matters, with recent examples such as multi-million-pound adjudications and Court of Appeal victories. · Collaborate with a national team of construction law experts, receiving mentorship and support from senior team members. · Gain exposure to key players in the construction industry, including developers, contractors, funders, and public sector clients. About You The ideal candidate will: · Be qualified in England & Wales with 2-6 years' PQE, ideally having experience in construction disputes. Strong commercial litigation backgrounds will also be considered. · Demonstrate excellent drafting and legal analysis skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. · Have a client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. · Be eager to take on challenging work and contribute to the continued growth of the team. · PFI experience is desirable but not essential.
