
Service Administrator

- Coordinate stock orders from various manufacturers and suppliers
- Organise dispatch and delivery of parts to customers
- Manage warranty processes, ensuring timely returns and accurate billing
- Maintain and update parts manuals and documentation
- Use software systems including Sage, CRM, and Health & Safety platforms
- Handle incoming calls from suppliers and customers with professionalism
- Collaborate with the service team to meet performance and customer service goals
- Support housekeeping and health & safety compliance across the department
- Prepare accurate reports and contribute to monthly team meetings
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Experience with administrative systems (Sage or similar is a plus)
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Interest or background in the agricultural sector is beneficial but not essential
