
Project Security Administrator

- Liaise with the Group Security Vetting Manager and manage the project's BPSS/SC vetting information on the BBST portals.
- Facilitate access to project and construction areas for all staff, visitors, and contractors - arranging client inductions and required passes.
- Assist with queries from the client Pass Office.
- Manage the project Security Risk Register and assist the Project Security Manager conducting regular security audits.
- Ensure information is stored in line with GDPR for all personnel - employees/contractors.
- Act as a site contact for security related enquiries.
- Take personal responsibility in your actions in relation to both Balfour Beatty and client reputation.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety and delivering Zero Harm.
- Ability to achieve security clearances including BPSS and SC.
- Previous experience in a Document Controller role.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Highly motivated, proactive and practical.
- Team player with a 'can do attitude'.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft applications including SharePoint,
- Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of Health & Safety at work regulations.
