
IT Service Delivery Manager

- Acting as a key escalation point and supporting cost-effective use of IT services
- Participating in service transition activities to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and meet operational needs
- Producing project briefs and software requests aligned with sector standards
- Experience writing reports for senior stakeholders and presenting findings
- Business analysis or requirements management
- Strong understanding of IT and its business applications
- Experience managing IT budgets or participating in commercial negotiations
- ITIL Foundation or Practitioner is desirable
- PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management qualification is desirable
