- Systems Integration: Delivering loosely coupled, reusable, and horizontally scalable integration solutions that support integrations to support the business divisions.
- Data Engineering: Operating the Data Hub for warehousing, reporting, analysis, and operational use.
- EDI Services: Supporting B2B customers and suppliers across multiple ERP platforms

- A delivery-orientated background with experience of full software development lifecycle and managing competing priorities
- Management, prioritisation & delivery of features across a project portfolio
- A commercial and practical mindset balancing technical and non-technical solutions to solve business problems.
- “Own the problem” approach – lead by example - ensuring that problems are addressed promptly, taking responsibility for removing roadblocks, and efficiently resolving decisions with the right people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex problems and influence senior non-technical and technical colleagues, and suppliers
- Familiarity with standard integration and data architecture approaches, techniques, tools and frameworks
- Technical background with Back-office Integration or Data Engineering
- Working in an ITIL environment using ServiceNow and Change Management
- Understanding of cloud resources and networking (Azure ideally)
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Data Technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Fabric
- Knowledge of Alteryx Designer / Server
