
Compliance Administrator : Housing/Property

- To gain a full working knowledge of the Housing Management Database, Mobile working system and Supplier database.
- You will ensure compliance so the business meets its statutory landlord compliance obligations for properties in areas such as gas safety, electrical safety, fire Safety, water safety, asbestos safety and lift maintenance.
- Raising of internal and external jobs for both servicing and repair works.
- Confidence in contacting third parties by use of phone and email
- To plan in diary system all servicing work.
- Ensure works are costed and closed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure external invoices and purchase orders are matched and financially completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- To run regular reports as required using the relevant databases.
- Support the maintenance and compliance team where required.
- Provide section 20 leasehold packs to solicitors
- Answering email queries, confident using Microsoft packages and working to targets
- Knowledge of working in a compliance setting
- General housing knowledge would be ideal
- Ability to multitask
- Confident computer user with Excel, MS office, databases and job management systems
- Time management and multi-tasking is key to this position, as is impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
- 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday
- Based on £27,000 - £28,000 paid weekly
