We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as a Catering Assistant on part-time hoursThe successful candidate will:
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and other designated areas throughout the school supporting the head cook
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Other duties involved will be supporting the head cook in food preparation (well-balanced dinners adhering to dietary and allergy requirements), stock control, regular checks and monitoring of appliances
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Have experience of working in a school environment, preferred but not necessary
  • This vacancy is open to a specialist with Food Hygiene Qualifications or Equivalent

At Southpark Enterprise College:South Park Enterprise College is an Independent SEMH Specialist School, offering an alternative curriculum to young people with a range of SEMH special educational needs. The vast majority of our students have an EHCP and may have a diagnosis of ADHD or ASD. We also take a small number of students from the local authority inclusion service who have been or are at risk of being permanently excluded from mainstream settings.Students who study with us have a wide range of needs including communication and behavioural difficulties.
