Job Title: Commercial Site Supervisor
Location: North West
Salary: Up to £17 per hour (door-to-door pay)
Report to: Project ManagerOur client, a respected and growing mechanical services contractor, is seeking an experienced Commercial Site Supervisor to manage the delivery of mechanical installations across a variety of commercial settings, including education, healthcare, and leisure facilities. This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term career development and industry training.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all commercial site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will act as the key liaison between site operatives and office-based management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day commercial project activities, ensuring quality and deadlines are metMaintain accurate project schedules and documentationAttend bi-weekly progress meetings with managementCoordinate with office staff on site logistics, staffing, and materialsSupport with planning, client onboarding, and cost breakdownsHandle onsite issues and escalate when requiredLead and supervise subcontractors and engineers, ensuring all tasks meet specificationsEnforce Health & Safety and PPE compliance on all sitesDelivery & Materials:Receive and inspect deliveriesReport any damaged or missing materialsEnsure delivery documentation is accurate and returned to head officeAuthority & Communication:Act as the lead supervisor on commercial sitesMaintain strong communication across site and office teamsRequirements:SSSTS or SMSTS certificationValid First Aid certificateCSCS cardValid DBS (or willingness to obtain)Strong supervisory experience in constructionWhat’s in It for You:Door-to-door pay structureCompany van and fuel cardFlexible working environmentOptional overtimeOngoing training & development (including renewable technologies)Access to Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) support and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)Regular team days and social incentives
