- Booking of travel for all team members across the Klarent portfolio
- Prioritisation of travel requirements as necessary, processing requests in a timely fashion to secure the best possible cost
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of requests in order that all travel is accurately booked
- To correctly record travel detail to assist with audit requirements and spend consolidation
- Providing ad hoc support to Head Office PA team as necessary
- Accurate scheduling of meetings, conference calls and calendar appointments as and when required
- Work with the Klarent leadership team on specific initiatives, undertaking general administrative duties as required (involving word, excel and power-point)
