- Automate with AI: Use AI tools to streamline incident management and documentation.
- Customer Collaboration: Liaise with clients to understand and document requirements.
- System Monitoring: Utilize tools like Dynatrace for early issue detection and resolution.
- Project Support: Contribute to data migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
- Technical Solutions: Design, develop, and test system modifications and data fixes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to standards and perform rigorous testing.
- Proven experience in software development or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience in business analysis and software testing.
- Preferred: Telecoms/Utilities billing knowledge, Unix Shell scripting, Java, AWS, and Atlassian tools.
- Passion for Test Driven Development and experience with generative AI testing tools.
