
SEN Teaching Assistant

- Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional needs)
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages progress and independence
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and daily routines
- Adapt to different school environments while maintaining a consistent, calm, and positive approach
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school, residential, or care settings)
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- A proactive, patient, and empathetic attitude
- Right to work in the UK
