These roles are ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, valuable experience, and the chance to make a lasting difference in pupils' lives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional needs)
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages progress and independence
  • Support pupils with emotional regulation and daily routines
  • Adapt to different school environments while maintaining a consistent, calm, and positive approach
Role Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school, residential, or care settings)
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • A proactive, patient, and empathetic attitude
  • Right to work in the UK
