You’ll lead on delivering new initiatives working with the team to ensure change is successfully delivered. You’ll also be responsible for our pension communications making them clear, engaging and compliant. It’s a role that connects strategy with people – and helps us make health happen every day.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver new projects and initiatives for the Pensions teamDevelop and manage engaging communications for colleagues and pension scheme membersUse data to guide strategic decisions and improve processesCoordinate resources and capacity planning for new initiativesMaintain a clear plan of all projects impacting pensions and ensure visibility across the teamEnsure delivery of all new processes are compliant with regulations and audit requirementsPartner with stakeholders across the UK business, Centre, Global teams, and TrusteesCollaborate with the Pensions Technical Consultant to ensure regulatory complianceAct as a key contact for business changes that impact pensionsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong organisational skills and experience managing projects or workstreamsBackground in pensions – either in-house or consultancy – with DB and DC scheme knowledgeGood understanding of pensions legislation and how to apply it practicallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience of communicating at scale across all levels of employeesConfident working with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to build relationships and influence across a matrix structureComfortable using data to drive decisions and improvementsA natural collaborator who can inspire trust and deliver resultsBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
