Job Description:I'm currently partnered with a prestige commercial property management business who are looking to appoint a Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to support running the day to day finances of the business. Ideally looking for someone who as done a similar role for a small business, having touched all areas of finance and can work of there own initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for people who truly value and reward hard work, creating opportunity from potential.RoleFull ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple property portfoliosPreparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliationsHandling all aspects of accounts payable/receivable and tenant billingPreparing and submitting VAT returnsManaging bank reconciliations and cash flow forecastingSupporting budget preparation and monitoring against actualsLiaising with external accountants for year-end reportingOverseeing rent roll, service charge reconciliations, and client account complianceEnsuring financial processes align with property and client reporting requirementsRequirement
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience and understanding using Xero
