
HR Colleague Experience Lead - FTC/Secondment

- Review the end-to-end colleague journey, using People Hub ticket insights, MI and liaising with business representatives to enhance the overall experience of M&G colleagues, ensuring all interactions are timely, streamlined and colleague focussed.
- Quality Assurance - Monitor HR enquiries and operational transactions to ensure accurate completion to the M&G business within agreed service levels.
- Use available resources to proactively identify opportunities to improve the HR colleague experience, prioritising face to face interactions and develop initiatives to address gaps or areas for enhancement.
- Oversee HR Services transformational change programmes to ensure effective delivery of all colleague and manager communications in partnership with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations, providing support for escalations where required.
- Collaborate with the other HR Colleague Experience Leads to ensure where applicable consistency of approach.
- Provide support to the HR Colleague Experience Advisers on Employee Relations matters acting as a point of escalation.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Establish effective communication channels and mechanisms to facilitate open communications with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure People Hub content is intuitive and up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and ensure a seamless and efficient colleague experience.
- Integrate and embed international processes into UK operations and ensure alignment where relevant and compliance within local regulations.
- Identify learning and development needs within the team and co-ordinate the design and delivery alongside HR Colleague Experience Advisers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of key process level controls and recommend enhancements where necessary in line with Operational Risk framework.
- Support Regulatory activity within the team and support on Audit activity where necessary.
- Sound knowledge of key processes within the HR Services Team whilst remaining compliant within policy, legislation, regulatory guidelines and risk appetite
- Full understanding of HR Systems, i.e., Workday, People Hub and how all the teams across HR work together / collaborate, including 3rd party suppliers
- Excellent knowledge of Workday and Service Now
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and address colleague experience challenges and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience of managing a range of tasks and responsibilities within an HR environment
