The RoleAs a Senior Associate, you will:Lead on complex non-contentious construction matters in the future energy sector, with Partner support where appropriateManage and deepen key client relationshipsSupervise and mentor Associates, Trainees, and ParalegalsContribute to strategic planning and business development activity in the Bristol market and nationallyPlay a leading role in tenders and client pitchesHelp drive the continued development of the team's renewable energy offeringSkills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will:Be a qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) with at least 5 years' post-qualification experienceHave strong experience in non-contentious construction and/or projects work, ideally with a renewable energy or infrastructure focusBe confident working with industry-standard contracts, such as NEC and JCTHave excellent technical, drafting and communication skillsBe commercially minded and capable of operating autonomouslyDemonstrate experience in mentoring or supervising junior team membersShow the ambition and leadership qualities needed to help shape the Bristol offeringWhy Join?This is a standout opportunity to join a nationally recognised practice at a formative stage of its Bristol growth.
