- Part of the Actuarial Analytics & Insights, Protection team, helping deliver on key strategic goals for Protection line of business, and the effective understanding and communication of financial results.
- Responsible for the analysis and explanation of quarterly financial results (e.g. QBR, and IRT) including
- Manage effective networks and demonstrate excellent communication.
- Build relationships with stakeholders in Protection and wider DBS
- Qualified Actuary with at least one year of post qualified experience
- Experience of the UK Protection market
- Strong understanding of actuarial valuation principles and processes, knowledge and experience of actuarial control cycle is a plus
- Proficient in MS-Excel and actuarial software (Tyche preferable, but training will be provided where role holders have experience with alternative software)
