Join a fast-growing Health Tech scale-up as a Financial Controller, leading finance operations and building scalable processes. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage financial reporting, compliance, and a small team, with exposure to international entities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end close, statutory accounts (FRS 102), and external auditsOversee AP, AR, credit control, and UK tax compliance (support US tax)Manage and develop two direct reportsDrive process improvements and system automationCandidate RequirementsACA qualified with 1+ year's industry experience and practice trainingStrong accounting knowledge (FRS 102) and month-end close expertiseExperience in AP, AR, credit control, and line managementProficient in Excel and cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero)Clear communicator with a process-focused approachAdditional Information
Hybrid working with two days in the Central London office.
