- Overseeing the office and ensure the office is operating well day to day
- Handling general enquiries
- Managing diary appointments for staff
- Assisting with day-to-day administration including AML checks, tenancy agreements and memos of sale
- Publishing properties on the market via appropriate channels and social media
- Support on sales progression when needed
- Manage overall presentation of the office, including window cards and stationary
- Ensure service levels are maintained across the branch at all times
- To be the Estate Agent Office Administrator, a solid background in customer service is essential
- Previous estate agency experience is desired, but not essential
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident in supporting staff where needed
- Excellent time management and administration skills
- Highly organised and detail orientated
