With a growing pipeline of work – from private networks and microgrids to gas/hydrogen generation and grid support battery schemes – they are on a mission to support the UK’s low carbon transition.Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced CDM Manager to join their team delivering high voltage electrical power projects (11kV-132kV). This role is critical to ensuring full compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015 and Health & Safety legislation throughout all stages of project delivery.What’s in it for you?

The RoleAs CDM Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert across a portfolio of projects, supporting both the tendering and delivery phases. You will:
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and H&S legislation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for CDM matters with both clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and review Temporary Works solutions.
  • Lead H&S assurance and compliance across delivery teams and sub-contractors.
  • Support pre-construction documentation, including Pre-Construction Info and Construction Phase Plans.
  • Drive a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Diploma (essential).
  • Proven experience in CDM within electrical or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • IOSH or APS accreditation (essential).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead across teams.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
