Job IntroductionWe are looking for a Floor Host to join our Rapport team at a prestigious client site near Canary Wharf. With stunning, modern offices and a vibrant atmosphere, this is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in day-to-day workplace experience. You will be the go-to person on the floor - managing meeting rooms, lockers, print areas and refreshment points, while being the friendly face that supports employees with their requests. The role also includes health and safety duties such as first aid and fire warden responsibilities.You will join a small team of 3 who pride themselves on creating a brilliant first impression and building genuine connections. They work closely with the wider Front of House team, which includes 15 skilled Ambassadors dedicated to delivering exceptional service.If you are someone who enjoys variety, is quick on their feet, and takes pride in making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.Type of contract: Full-time, PermanentHours: 40 per week (Monday- Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)What will you get?

Main Responsibilities
  • Being a main point of contact for key stake holders on the office floor and building strong relationships with them
  • Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Making sure meeting rooms are impeccable, and equipment is in working order
  • Managing employee lockers
  • Making sure refreshment centres, print hubs and general maintenance on floors are in perfect order
  • Helping other service lines when required
  • Making sure company H&S policies are adhered to and be part of first aid & fire warden first responder teams
