Oversee customer/supplier non-conformance handling, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsManage production quality tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPsLead quality audits, KPIs, and management reviewsMaintain and improve QMS policies and SOPsGuide the Quality team and ensure effective supplier/customer liaisonHealth & Safety:Ensure compliance with PUWER, COSHH, DSEAR, DSE, Fire Risk Assessments, etc.Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and health surveillance programsManage near-miss reporting, accident investigations, and safety KPIsDeliver toolbox talks, inductions, and HSE training programsDevelop systems for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certificationEnvironmental Management:Maintain compliance with environmental standardsSupport waste management and pollution prevention controlsPrepare for and manage ISO 14001 audit readinessKey Skills & Qualifications:GRAD IOSH member (essential)Lead auditor for ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 (essential)Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001Advanced Microsoft Office proficiencyBackground in manufacturing environmentsAIEMA Environmental StatusNEBOSH certification (or willingness to obtain)Desirable Qualifications:CDM experienceILM qualification or "Train the Trainer" (PETTLS)Familiarity with APQP, PFMEA, and Control PlansACS are recruiting for a QHSE Manager.
