We're on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to support our high-performing engineering team at our client's main site. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving state-of-the-art production lines, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability. From reactive maintenance to continuous improvement initiatives, your work will be key to keeping operations running smoothly.What we are looking for
- A Level 3 qualification or HNC/HND in Engineering
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for technical excellence
- Competitive salary - up to £55,000 depending on experience
- 23 days holiday (rising to 27 with service)
