Senior Financial Accountant – Insurance SectorRole & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the preparation of financial statements according to generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements and financial disclosure obligations.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making by the senior management.
  • Lead and supervise the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Implement and monitor effective financial accounting systems and controls to safeguard company assets.
Key Skills
  • 2+ Years Post Qualified experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Insurance experience is preferred (Audit or Industry)
  • Proven expertise in General Accepted Accounting Principles and statutory reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing finance teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
