- Degree or equivalent qualification and/or experience in Project Management to successfully lead and manage projects and specifically in the Digital Infrastructure environment.
- Advanced analytical and IT skills enabling you to interpret and analyse data and information to be able to assess and develop plans and business cases.
- Highly organised to be able to plan and deliver projects, according to the customer needs and within the desired timeframes agreed ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to successfully liaise with a wide range of stakeholders but also be able to persuade and influence senior stakeholders, particularly in situations where the decision could have a significant impact on project delivery.
- Be a strong problem solver, anticipate potential issues before they arise and resolve any that do independently.
- Be able to deliver digital infrastructure projects in a political environment, particularly when working with Senior Members/Senior Management.
- Financial management experience to enable successful delivery of a project and being accountable for those large budgets.
- Strong customer focus to deliver a professional, excellent service to the customer ensuring their needs are met.
