- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Working closely with vendors to sell their properties quickly and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Managing the house buying legal process
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Previous experience in lettings or property sales
- Strong customer service and sales background
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Well-presented, confident and articulate
- Knowledge of Brighton and surrounding areas preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
