What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Register and qualify applicants
  • Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers and sales to completion
  • Generate new business and help grow market share
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Experience in residential property sales / estate agency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Proven ability to generate new business
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Smart, articulate, punctual, and reliable
  • Knowledge of the Worthing/local market (advantageous)
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent spoken and written English
