This role is key in delivering a first-class forecasting system, which will be used across the business to drive efficiency and automation. Design and deliver Anaplan models that follow best practice and help drive key business decisions.MAKE PLANNING SELF-SERVE
Create intuitive, user-friendly tools that give teams the power to explore, analyse, and act on their own data.KEEP DATA FLOWING
Own the data links between Anaplan, data warehouses and other systems -making sure it’s clean, connected, and always accurate.FIND BETTER WAYS TO BUILD
Spot opportunities to streamline models, boost performance, and improve how the platform works.WORK ACROSS THE BUSINESS
Team up with finance, tech, and other stakeholders to shape ideas, share knowledge, and support fast-paced, agile delivery.We’d like to see from you: We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Anaplan model builder who thrives on creating robust, scalable models that support real business impact. You’ll ideally bring:Anaplan Model Builder Certification – Level 1, 2 and 3 certified, demonstrating deep platform knowledge and a commitment to excellence.End-to-End Model Building Experience – Confident designing and building from scratch: modules, lists, actions, and processes that follow structured, sustainable design principles.DISCO Methodology Expertise – You apply the DISCO framework (Drivers, Inputs, System, Calculations, Outputs) to create models that are logical, maintainable, and business-ready.UX-First Delivery - Experienced in delivering clean, user-friendly Anaplan UX apps that enable self-serve insights and drive adoption.PLANS Best Practice Mindset - You model the Anaplan way, adhering to the PLANS standard:Performance - Optimised for speed and efficiencyLogical - Clearly structured and easy to followAuditable - Transparent and easy to troubleshootNecessary - Focused on essential componentsSustainable - Built to evolve as business needs changeData Integration Awareness - Familiar with working across systems and ensuring accurate, reliable data flows into Anaplan.Everyone is welcome.We have a culture of creativity.
