- Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs to improve engagement and attainment.
- Building strong, positive relationships with students to provide emotional and behavioural support.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and external professionals to implement support strategies.
- Identifying students' risks and needs, escalating concerns where necessary.
- Providing consistency and guidance to help students develop self-confidence and resilience.
- Passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build confidence and motivation in students.
- Approachable, empathetic, and a strong listener.
- Calm, resilient, and able to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and professional in your approach.
- All candidates must either hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check and/or an overseas police check where necessary.
