- Manage and grow key customer accounts - act as the primary point of contact for RFQs, enquiries, and ongoing projects.
- Identify and secure new business - target opportunities that align with our strategic goals and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally - work closely with Sales, Engineering, and NPI teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support pricing and commercial strategy - contribute to accurate quoting and decision-making to maximise profitability.
- 3-5+ years' experience in account management or business development, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts and win new business consistently.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working across technical and commercial teams; organised and confident in a fast-paced environment.
