Pay Rate: £31 per hourJob Description:Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join it client’s Learning Disabilities team based in Leeds.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will,
- Assess and plan care for individuals with learning disabilities
- Promote independence and community inclusion
- Collaborate with families and professionals
- Safeguard vulnerable individuals
- Provide emotional support and crisis management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance
- Supervision and Training Available
- Hybrid Working Model
- Initial 3 month contract with immediate start
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
