- Greeting patients and signposting as appropriate
- reception administration duties
- Investigating/Responding to feedback, issues, compliments and complaints appropriately in liaison with the management team.
- Monitoring review platforms such as google and other platforms and provide appropriate responses including signposting.
- Encompass other administrative demands of the practice management team as appropriate
- Previous experience working in a GP Practice or hospital setting
- A minimum of 4 year's experience in a customer service role
- Experience of working in primary care
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skilss
- Solid I.T skills
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work well with a team and proactive approach to work.
- Enthusiasm for helping and supporting others.
- Previous experience with SystmOne clinical I.T system
- GCSE level or equivalent English and Maths at a grade C or above.
- A qualification or evidence of training (continuing professional development) in Customer services
