This role is an exciting opportunity for an experiences administrator to join the Woodlands team.The role comprises of some reception duties with additional responsibilities for proactively engaging with patients and the management team to provide a direct point of contact for responding to feedback, resolving issues and complaints.You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate flawless customer service skills that focus on an empathetic approach to patients.You should be a calm and pragmatic individual who is able to prioritise your workload and work towards quick solutions before any potential problems escalate.You should have solid I.T skills and experience using the SystmOne clinical system is helpful.Main duties of the jobDuties to include:
  • keyholding duties for opening/closing
  • Greeting patients and signposting as appropriate
  • reception administration duties
  • Investigating/Responding to feedback, issues, compliments and complaints appropriately in liaison with the management team.
  • Monitoring review platforms such as google and other platforms and provide appropriate responses including signposting.
  • Encompass other administrative demands of the practice management team as appropriate
