- Manage and plan orders from inception to acceptance and be accountable for all aspects of the execution phase of the project.
- Effective use of internal and external resources to build and develop a best practice approach to order management.
- Accurate Resource Plans / Effective project delivery / Willingness to assist other team members. Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Embracing innovation and new ways of working, evidenced by customer feedback, and sharing of best practice with other internal stakeholders / Drive continuous improvement by developing case studies and applying them to new projects
- Develop strong working relationships with the client and internal support functions to improve project execution and maximise opportunities for repeat business.
- Drive improvements in the output from the Customer Solution Survey / Evidence of continuous improvement based on feedback received / Adherence to the customer complaint process / Driving target improvements in the NPS score.
- Provide feedback to Team Manager on current performance
- Ensure Project performance is achieved through thorough timely Contract Reviews and ensure Risk is managed to business objectives, both Commercially and Technically
- Check the work in progress, through Review meetings, feedback any positive/negative deviations for next bid submission
- Graduate Electrical / Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Process engineer or equivalent experience
- Extensive, proven experience within a customer centric role
- Demonstrable experience within a technical role
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or equivalent software
- Understanding of electrical schematic/wiring diagrams
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Aptitude for practical science or engineering skills
- The ability to work as a team member and possess good interpersonal, communication and literacy skills
- To work with efficiency, accuracy and to be able to meet deadlines
- High level of flexibility and dependability
