- Currently pursuing a qualification in NHS Management
- Extensive experience of staff management
- Previous experience of managing financial resources
- Sound knowledge of IT system
- Knowledge of waiting list management
- knowledge and understanding of the terms and conditions of junior medical working patterns
- Experience of handling complex/sensitive complaint or situations/ issues
- Able to communicate with all levels of staff representatives and managers in a clear and confident manager
- Previous NHS experience
- Experience of project work
- Management of databases
- Ability to work on own initiative but also work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a busy environment and cope under pressure.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to travel within geographical area.
- Flexible approach to work
- Ability to demonstrate the desire to pursue a progressive management career in the NHS
- Welsh Speaker
